Black History Program Features Music, Poetry Through Time

Paris, Tenn.–Friday’s Black History Month Program at Henry County High School showcases different time periods of music and poetry from African-American arts, with a large crowd of students and visitors on hand. Performances by students and staff were featured, including staff member Patricia Wofford, who performed a rousing version of “A Change Is Gonna Come”, Student Luke Weatherly with a jazz solo, the Madrigals and Students Kalin Farmer and Tion Easley.
