Gary Sinise To Be At Fort Campbell For Book Signing

Clarksville, Tenn.–“Lt. Dan” will be at Fort Campbell on Tuesday to sign his new book, “Grateful American: A Journey from Self to Service.”  Gary Sinise, who played Lt. Dan in the movie “Forest Gump” will be at the Fort Campbell Exchange from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, February 19.
The Exchange has issued a press release which details some of the questions that are being asked about the book-signing:
1. He will only be signing his new book “Grateful American: A Journey from Self to Service.”
2. He will be signing at most of 3 books per person. If the turnout is larger he will be limited to signing 1 book per person to ensure that as many people get to have their books signed as Gary Sinise has a time limitation of 2 hours.

3. Depending on the turn out, if the turnout is larger, we will need to make a judgement call and stop the line from continuing to form. This will be to ensure that everyone in line gets their book signed and that the line doesn’t get so long that attendees waste their time standing in a line that will not be able to reach the book signing table as Gary Sinise does have a 2-hour time limitation.
4. On the day of the event all books will be consolidated in one area near the Clothing Entrance of the Main Store with a register near by for those who would like to purchase their book the day of the event.
5. Attendees will be able to take pictures with Gary Sinise and an Exchange associate will be available to assist.
If anyone has any additional questions or needs clarification on any items please don’t hesitate to ask. We hope to see you all next Tuesday, 19 February.
