Nashville, Tenn.–West Tennessee nominee for the Trailblazer Award Betsy Allison of Paris, attended the Tennessee Directors of Career and Technical Education meeting and legislative breakfast in Nashville and was named the state nominee. Allison is Henry Co. Schools Supervisor of Instruction for the secondary grades.
Allison will now compete for the National Association of Career and Technical Education Director Award. The Trailblazer Award was established to recognize CTE directors who have demonstrated extraordinary leadership in their home county and at state or national levels.
