Obion Co., Tenn.–A Weakley Co. pastor lost his life in a single-vehicle semi accident Monday in Obion County.
Killed in the accident was Warren Darden, age 52, of Dresden. He served as pastor at Northwestern Baptist Church in Martin.
According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred around 11 a.m. Monday. Darden was traveling north on Hwy. 51, driving a 2019 Mack truck, when his semi left the roadway as it was entering the Troy city limits. The semi rolled over once before coming to rest on the driver’s side.
