Paris, Tenn.–A six week class about digital photography taught by Dr. Tom Gallien of the University of Tennessee at Martin is scheduled to begin at the Lee Academy for the Arts in Paris. In addition to being a photography instructor at UT Martin, Dr. Gallien is a dentist in Martin.
The class is scheduled from 6-9 p.m. on Mondays from March 4 through April 15.
Do you know how to use all the buttons and dials on your camera? Still just using the ‘auto’ setting? Then, this class is for you. He will teach composition skills and provide the techniques that can move you beyond just making pictures to making frame-worthy photographs.
The class will include individual and group critiques of your photography.
Registration is $185. No class will be held March 25.
