Paris, Tenn.—Huntingdon Physician Dr. Toby Hampton was arrested by Paris Police on charges of DUI and leaving the scene of an accident.
Hampton, age 42, was arrested on Mineral Wells Ave. following the accident Monday morning.
Bond was set at $5,000.
