Union City, Tenn.—Union City Police are investigating a possible theft from a cash register at a local business Wednesday.
Police responded to the Family Video at 1310 S. First St. and an employee said she had to use the bathroom and made sure the store was empty before she went. She told officers she was in and out of the restroom in four minutes and when she came back the register was empty. There was a total of $297 missing from the register.
