Weakley Co. Deputies Arrest Two More In Gleason

Gleason, Tenn.—Weakley County Sheriff’s deputies have made two more arrests connected to drug arrests made earlier on Holland Street in Gleason.
Arrested Monday were Becky Hogan, age 34, and Amberley Hicks, age 32.
According to Sheriff’s Captain Randall McGowan, deputies served a search warrant on January 4 at a Holland Street home and recovered a small amount of meth and drug paraphernalia from a bedroom in which Hogan was staying, but she was not present.
Warrants were drawn for her arrest for simple possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia, McGowan said.
When deputies executed a search warrant at another Holland St. house on Monday, January 14, they learned that Hogan had just left in a green Jeep. After completing the search and arrested two people at the house on drug charges, deputies started looking for the green Jeep and found it parked at another house on Holland St.
McGowan said Hicks was standing in front of the house and when questioned about the location of Hogan, she lied to officers. Hogan was found in the house and arrested on warrants. Hicks was charged with filing a false report.
