Henry, Tenn.–Henry Elementary School has chosen its Teachers of the Year:
Katie Hernandez is the Pre-School through 4th-grade teacher of the year. Ms. Katie is the county-wide ESL teacher.
Ms. Patsy Barrow is the 5th-grade through 8th-grade teacher of the year. Ms. Patsy teaches 6th and 7th grade math at Henry. This is Ms. Patsy’s second time to be named Henry’s teacher of the year.
Each will go on to compete for Henry County School District’s teacher of the year for their grade band.
