Murray, Ky.–The Murray Police Department recently held its annual Christmas Banquet. Each year at the banquet awards are given to recognize the outstanding work by the officers and employees.
The awards for 2018 are as follows:
Telecommunicator of the Year- Kevin Goodson
Officer of the Year- Justin Swope
Chief’s Award- Anna Wicker
For the Telecommunicator and Officer of the Year awards, nominations are made by the command staff and then voted on by the officers.
