Union City, Tenn.–It’s approaching Christmas time everywhere.
Third- and fourth-grade Advanced Reading students at Union City Elementary School held an open house this morning where they displayed Christmas traditions from countries all over the world.
Using the accurately-named theme “Christmas Around the World,” students made displays of numerous countries, detailing their respective Christmas customs and traditions – several of them offering food or snacks reserved for the holiday season in those countries.
Parents, grandparents, school administration and board members joined teachers and other classes from UCES in listening to how other countries celebrate Christmas.
