Paris, Tenn.–A huge crowd–estimated at least 500 people–were on hand for the Henry Co. Patriots’ send-off party Friday night at the Henry Co. Fairgrounds. The Patriots will be playing Saturday night in Cookeville for the State 5A Football Championship and team members signed autographs for long lines of fans, while Coach James Counce gave encouraging words to the players and the crowd. Fans also will be lining the streets beginning at 9:30 a.m. Saturday to see the players off on their way to Cookeville. Free hot dogs and burgers were grilled by the Henry Co.
