Paris Man Charged With Intentionally Ramming Car

Paris, Tenn.–A Paris man was arrested after allegedly ramming his car repeatedly into another vehicle and leaving the scene.
Zachary Evans, age 27, of Oak Hill Drive, was charged by with four counts of reckless endangerment involving the incident which occurred Nov. 21. Warrants were issued for Evans by Paris Police Lt. Josh Frey.
According to the report, Evans intentionally and repeatedly rammed a car at the intersection of Tyson and Mineral Wells Avenues. Evans reportedly rammed the back of the other vehicle first and then drove into the driver’s seat. The driver and passengers in the car gave the same accounts of the incident.
On Tuesday, Evans was arrested by Henry Co. Sheriff Deputy Sgt. Blake Jenkins.
Evans’ bond was set at $15,000.
