Murray, Ky.–Calloway County Judge/Executive Kenny Imes announced today that he will be appointing Gina Winchester, of Murray as Deputy Judge/Executive effective January 1, 2019. Under Kentucky Revised Statute, the County Judge/Executive may appoint a Deputy Judge/Executive who shall serve at his/her pleasure.
“Her experience is enormous, and the connections she has with officials will be a tremendous asset to Calloway Countians,” Imes said of Winchester’s past work with regional outreach and state government. “Her knowledge and understanding about so many things will be beneficial to our community, and I think that we complement each other very well and will work successfully in meeting our goals and doing our best for this community.”
