Three Arrested On Drug Charges After Pursuit

Paris, Tenn.—Three men—one from Paris, one from Murray and another from Henry—were arrested on a long list of charges by Henry County Sheriff’s Deputies following a pursuit in the lake area Saturday night.
Arrested were Nathaniel Caddell, age 18, of Forrest Heights Rd., Paris, on charges of felony evading, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and 13 counts of fraudulent use of debit cards.
Taylor Kendall, age 20, of Murray, was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell.
Jermel Kinley, age 31, of Mockingbird Rd., Henry, was charged with possession with intent to sell and simple possession.
Caddell was the driver and was driving an orange and white Camero when Deputy Sgt. Blake Jenkins noticed him and knew he was wanted on warrants. Jenkins was sitting at the intersection of Bull Durham and East Antioch Roads when he spotted Caddell.
When Jenkins and Deputy William Whitaker pulled in behind him, according to the report, Caddell accelerated, running through a stop sign, and eventually crashed into a ditch along Hwy. 79.
Deputies found 7.91 grams of meth and digital scales in the vehicle, as well as 50 keys which deputies believe were stolen from vehicles.
All three men denied that the meth or scales belonged to them.
Caddell’s bond is $75,000; Kinley’s bond is $26,000 and Kendall is being held without bond.
