The Henry County High School Patriots are headed back to the state semi-finals after beating Kirby by a score of 42-20 Friday night in Memphis. The Patriots will face Beech at 7 p.m. next Friday night at home in Class 5A action in the TSSAA state tournament.
Meanwhile, in 2A, the Union City Golden Tornadoes’ season came to an end after being soundly defeated 35-0 by Peabody.
