Union City, Tenn.–Obion Co. voters mirrored state voters, casting 76.5 percent of its votes for Republican Bill Lee for Governor over Karl Dean (21.18 percent); and 73.42 percent of its votes for Republican Marsha Blackburn for U.S. Senate over Phil Bredesen (24 percent).
Likewise, Obion Co. voters supported U.S. Rep. David Kustoff by 75 percent over Erika Pearson and State Rep. Andy Holt at 68.52 percent over Deane Arganbright at 28.99 percent.
For Kenton Aldermen, winners were Harold Banks, Delores Agee, Jesse Griggs, Tim Johns, Wade Simpson and Bruce Davidson.
For Ward 1 Union City Council, Jim Rippy defeated Danny Leggett, while Frank Tucker defeated Cody Martin in the Ward 4 race.
