56 Indictments Issued By Henry Co. Grand Jury: Murder, Arson, Attempted Murder

Paris, Tenn.—A total 56 indictments were issued by the Henry County Grand Jury Monday, with indictments in several high profile cases, including first degree murder, vehicular homicide, arson, and attempted murder.
It was a long and arduous day for the grand jurors, who were not released from their duties until 6:45 p.m. Monday night.
Indictments were issued against:
Jeremy Anderson of Dunlap Street in Paris, charged with first degree murder in the death of his grandfather, Marlin Wallace, in their home in 2017.
 
Jarod Ashby, 18, of Buchanan. A 31-count indictment was issued against Ashby on charges stemming from the vehicular homicide of Phillip Frazee, age 18. Frazee was a passenger in a vehicle driven by Ashby. Other counts against Ashby included DUI and underage drinking.
Timothy Crabtree of Springville, charged with attempted second degree murder. Crabtree is accused of beating the owner of Country Junction in Springville in August of 2018.
Charity Ferguson of Paris, charged with five counts of arson involving a series of fires in homes beginning in February of 2017. One of the fire resulted in the death of a pet dog.
Other indictments issued included:
Josh Carter, aggravated and domestic assault.
Robert Clendenen, sexual battery of a minor.
Sandra Bobo, aggravated assault.
As usual, the bulk of the indictments involved cases of burglary, robbery, DUI and drugs.
