Paris, Tenn.–Volunteers Tory Daughrity, Michele Atkins and Nikki Klopfenstein were hard at work making pancakes at the big grill this morning at the sixth annual fundraiser for the Carl Perkins Center. The Center inherited the fundraiser from the Paris Kiwanis who ran it for many years and the Kiwanis Club donated their special pancake griddle and their “secret” recipe to the Center. The pancake and sausage dinner will be sold until 6 p.m. tonight at First Baptist Church. Tickets are $10 at the door. (Shannon McFarlin photo).
