Marshall County, Ky.—A Kentucky man on a Harley Davidson motorcycle was arrested on multiple charges—including possession of meth and marijuana—after leading a Kentucky State Trooper on a chase through Marshall Co.
Arrested was Roy N. Guill, age 37, of Carrsville. He was charged with trafficking in meth, first offense; reckless driving, evading police first degree; wanton endangerment of a police officer first degree; possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, no operator’s license, failure to comply with the helmet law, and no insurance.
KSP Trooper Donald Bowman was on routine patrol on Interstate 69 in Marshall Co. when he attempted to stop the 1995 Harley Davidson for a speeding violation. Guill sped up and attempted to elude Trooper Bowman. He exited onto Interstate 24, traveling to U.S. 62 and was taken into custody on Lone Valley Rd.
