Murray, Ky.—One person was injured when a car drove through the front glass door and window of Boone Cleaners in Murray Wednesday.
Sgt. Brant Shutt said the vehicle, a black Cadillac SUV drove through the front of the building, located on North 12th St.
Driver of the vehicle, Pamela Cherry, age 67 of Murray, said she was pulling into a parking space and thought she had applied the brakes, but instead drove into the building.
An employee of the dry cleaners was near the door when the vehicle drove into the glass and was transported to the Murray-Calloway Co. Hospital by the local EMS for minor injury.
