McKenzie, Tenn.—McKenzie will be busy all day Saturday with the “Fall For McKenzie” event which will feature numerous unique activities, beginning with the Savenger Hunt around McKenzie at 10 a.m. at the Farmers’ Market in downtown.
Other activities include a city-wide yard sale (which actually begins Friday), first annual Chili Cook-off at 4 p.m., cornhole tournament all day; pumpkin decoration contest at 3 p.m.; pumpkin spice recipe contest at 2 p.m.; a movie at Wildcat Stadium at 7:30 p.m.; Treasures in the Trunk from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Food trucks will be downtown from 4-9 p.m., the Farmers’ Market will be open from 8 a.m. to noon and the Scarecrow Grove will be ready for the public to view on the town square.
