Paris, Tenn.—Dianne Carlisle, above, was the People’s Choice winner at Saturday’s Arts ‘Round The Square in downtown Paris. Best of Show winner was Barbara Harrell and Reserve Best of Show was Dale Bell. Hundreds of people flocked to Paris for the annual event, in which dozens of artists and artisans displayed their works. Committee Co-Chair Cat McGavin also gave a shout-out to Shanee DeHay, Tressa Prince and all their volunteers who kept the Kid Zone full and active with free art activities all day.
