Paris, Tenn.–Paris Parks and Recreation employees Joel Crosno and Larry Teague put the finishing touches on a new water fountain at Ogburn Park in Paris. Parks Employee Gary “Peanut” Paschall said residents of the Ogburn Park neighborhood had requested a water fountain there, especially after the basketball courts were recently upgraded.
