UC Police Seek Suspect After Shots Fired

Union City, Tenn—Union City Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a suspect in a shots-fired call Wednesday.
 
Union City Police are seeking Javarous Garrell Royal, age 28, Union City. His last known address was 703 S. First Street.
 
Police said he is considered armed and dangerous.
 
Police were called to 632 E. Cheatham St. at 2:35 p.m. Wednesday about multiple gunshots.
 
 
Several individuals witnessed shots being fired at or near 916 North Home Street. A 2007 blue Tahoe at that location was discovered to have six bullet holes in it. The vehicle was found to belong to Kenneth Roberson of 118 East Peach Street in Martin.
 
After investigation, information has been obtained leading to the issuance of warrants for Reckless Endangerment for Javarous Garrell Royal, who was observed leaving the scene in a 2008 red Mustang, bearing Tennessee tag #1H3-5Y8.
 
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Javarous Garrell Royal (aka ZSticks) are encouraged to contact the Union City Police Department at 731-885- 1515 or any law enforcement agency. Royal should be considered armed and dangerous. Any information on the shooting or Royal’s whereabouts can also be called into Crime Stoppers at 731-885-TIPS (8477).
