Paris, Tenn.—The 2018 Henry County High School Football Homecoming Court has been selected and this year it includes three seniors, two juniors and two sophomores. The Queen will be crowned at 6:30 p.m. Friday before the football game.
On the court are: Seniors Courtney Binkley, Ansley Cate, Londyn Lampkins. Juniors are Rachel Mitchell and Allie Thompson. Sophomores are Claire Burns and Shaliyah Shields.

Seniors: (Class of 2019): (Only a senior is eligible to be queen)
Courtney Binkley, daughter of Lesley Jones and Travis Binkley, is a senior involved in FCA and Rock On. Her plans for the future include attending Murray State University, where she will begin her career in the medical field. Courtney is escorted by Dakoda Morris, son of Debby and Larry Owens.
Ansley Cate, daughter of Tom and Becky Cate, is also a senior involved in FCA and Rock On, as well as National Honor Society, HOSA, and Artists in Training. She plans to attend Western Kentucky University, where she will play soccer and pursue a career as a physical therapist. Ansley is escorted by Harrison Cook, son of Kenny and DeDe Cook.
Londyn Lampkins, daughter of Chaunda and Matt Michael, is a senior involved in National Honor Society, HOSA, FCA, and Student Ambassadors. Londyn is also a captain of the HCHS cheer squad. She has plans to attend the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and major in business administration. She is escorted by Avery McKee, son of Billee and Keith McKee.
Juniors (Class of 2020)
Rachel Mitchell, daughter of Bobb and Maurie Ann Mitchell, is a junior, and a member of FFA, FCA, Leo Club, and cheer. She plans to attend Union University. Rachel is escorted by Paul Atkins, son of Jeff and Teri Lynn Atkins.
Allie Thompson, daughter of Christy and Reggie Thompson, is also a junior involved in Rock On, Art Club, and the Criminal Justice Club. Her plans for the future include attending the University of Memphis to study law. Allie is escorted by Jayln Foster, son of Tae and Shantay Foster.
Sophomores: (Class of 2021)
Claire Burns, daughter of Melisha and Patrick Burns, is a sophomore member of the HCHS Marching Band, FCA, French Club, and Rock On. She plans to attend college and major in music therapy. Claire is escorted by Nick Metzinger, son of Melinda and Ron Metzinger.
Shaliyah Shields, daughter of Thomas and Carlene Shields, is a sophomore and a member of the HCHS student ambassadors. She plans to attend college and later become a pediatrician. Shaliyah is escorted by Jemarcus Johnson, son of Alicia Watkins.
