Paris, Tenn.—Paris will be a place to be this weekend, with two major events occurring at the same time on Saturday—Oktoberfest and Arts ‘Round The Square. Plus, Scarecrows on the Square will be up and running on the court square.
The annual Oktoberfest event will be held from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Henry Co. Fairgrounds. Sponsored by Holy Cross Catholic Church, it features activities and vendors.
The annual Arts ‘Round The Square will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on the court square in downtown Paris. Unique vendors with handmade jewelry, yard art, pottery, wooden toys, paintings and more will be featured. Plus, there will be a Kids’ Zone for young ones and you can participate in the Paris Rocks! phenomenon.
Scarecrows on the Square, sponsored by the Downtown Paris Association, also will be on display on the courtsquare.
The Paris-Henry County Chamber of Commerce is promoting all the activities in its Facebook post about “October’s Travel Tips”, inviting visitors from near and far to come to Henry County this weekend.
