CornFest Family Day In Park Cancelled, Other Events Moved

Union City, Tenn.–Obion County Cornfest “Family Day in the Park”, scheduled to be held in Kiwanis Park today, is cancelled due to rain.
However, organizers will hold the “Local Celebrity Pie in the Face” event and the finale of the “Cornfest Idol” competition inside the Capitol Theater at 2 pm.  The winner of Cornfest Idol will take home $1,000.  They’ll also have cakes up for auction and other fun events.  There is no cost for admission.
