Paris, Tenn. – Due to the passing of Judge Snyder’s mother-in-law, Henry Co. Juvenile Court scheduled for this Wednesday, September 19, will be canceled and rescheduled for Wednesday, September 26. Regular cases will be heard at 9 a.m. Department of Children Services cases will be heard at 10 a.m. Judge Snyder’s mother-in-law, Katie S. Hart, was fondly remembered as “Mama Jean.”
The Juvenile Court Office will be closed on Wednesday, September 19 from 10 a.m. – noon, so that staff may attend the visitation.

Tentative plans are for visitation from 10 a.m. – noon on Wednesday, September 19, at McEvoy Funeral Home with a graveside service to follow at 12:30 p.m. at the Hillcrest Cemetery on E. Wood Street in Paris. Ms. Hart is the mother of Judge Snyder’s husband, Mark.
