Paris, Tenn.–Why aren’t Tennesseans voting?
The Paris-Henry Co. Chamber of Commerce is partnering with ThinkTennessee for a community meeting on the issue from noon to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Chamber office at 2508 E. Wood St. in Paris.
Organizers invite the public to join them for an honest, open and civil conversation with other members of the community about the state of civic participation in Tennessee.
During this 90-minute facilitated conversation, participants will review short materials and discuss what you think are the reasons behind our low voter participation across the state and how we as a community can address them together.
