Paris, Tenn.–The Peden Hill Neighborhood Crime Watch will meet at 5 p.m. Tuesday, September 11, at the Sparks St. Church of Christ in Paris.
Guest speaker will be Catherine Foster, who is a Recruiter at Bethel University. She recruits for non-traditional students that want to return and get their degrees. The program is designed for working adults to obtain their degree while working and taking care of their busy life style.
