Paris, Tenn.—8th District Congressional Candidate Erika Pearson will be the speaker at the Henry County Democratic Party meeting Tuesday, September 11.
Pearson, of Memphis, defeated John Boatner Jr. in the Democratic primary in August. She will face Republican Congressman David Kustoff and Independent James Hart in the Nov. 6 general election.
The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. at The Greystone, located at 301 W. Washington St. in Paris. The Greystone is the Democratic Party headquarters.
A business meeting also will be held at which members will discuss the party’s plan to get out the vote in Henry Co. A memorial also will be held for victims and First Responders of 9/11.
Refreshments will be served at the meeting.
