Dresden, Tenn.—A man who had been sought for a stabbing over the weekend in Weakley Co. has turned himself in.
Weakley Co. Sheriff’s Captain Randall McGowan said Larry Ogle, age 47, turned himself in to Investigator Marty Plunk Monday afternoon at the National Guard Armory in Dresden.
Ogle is charged with aggravated assault following the Sunday morning stabbing of Randal Lee Cowan, age 32, at Cowan’s home on Stallings Rd. east of Dresden.
Cowan was airlifted to The Med in Memphis and later released.
Ogle left the scene and had been sought by Weakley Co. authorities until he made contact with Plunk on Monday.
