Dresden, Tenn.—Weakley County Sheriff’s deputies are seeking a suspect in the stabbing Sunday of a Dresden man.
Warrants for the arrest of Larry Ogle, age 47, have been drawn. He is being charged with aggravated assault.
According to Captain Randall McGowan, deputies responded to a residence on Stallings Road east of Dresden on a report that someone had been stabbed. During the course of the investigation, it was learned that Randall Lee Cowan, age 32, of that address, was stabbed twice in the chest by Ogle during an argument.
Cowan was flown by helicopter to The Med in Memphis and has since been released after treatment.
McGowan said Ogle had left the scene prior to deputies arriving and has not been located at this time.
