McKenzie, Tenn.—The Paris Women’s Center and Henry Co. Medical Center Women’s Center will be holding an informal event at the McKenzie Station Splash Pad in downtown McKenzie so that women in the McKenzie area can become better acquainted with the doctors and services.
McKenzie Regional Hospital will be closing in September and there will be no medical facility in Carroll Co. to deliver babies.
The event will be held from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, August 18. Medical Doctors Dennis Wieck, Pamela Evans and Katherine Whitfield will be on hand, as will Nurse Kristin Elliot.
The event is free and will include giveaways, goodies, snacks and more.
