Paris, Tenn.—Paris Landing Park Ranger Bailey Kelso and Arrow, the barred owl, were loving on each other last night at the Henry County Fair as the exhibits in the commercial building opened. Today will be one of the busiest days at the fair, as lamb, hog, steer and goat shows will be held, capped by the evening highlight, the annual Junior Livestock Sale.
