Griffey Leads Wirgau In Henry Co. Early Voting

 
 
Paris, Tenn.—Early voting results are in in Henry County and Challenger Bruce Griffey has taken an early lead over State Rep. Tim Wirgau by a vote of 1,605 to 1,398, or 53.41 percent for Griffey and 46.52 for Wirgau.
In other county races, County Mayor Brent Greer has taken a commanding early lead over Garry Phillips, with 2,490 voting for Greer and 1,241 voting for Phillips.
Circuit Court Clerk Mike Wilson has also taken a strong lead over his challenger Eddie Forrest, by a vote of 2,330 for Wilson and `,357 for Forrest.
In the County School Board race, challenger Josh Frey is leading by 38 to 293 over Board President Doug Braden.
In the contested commission race, in District 3, Jerry Berry has 385, Monte Starks 514, Marty Visser 342, Paul Mathenia 338, Dennis Garcia 229, Bill Bailey 146.
