Henry County Medical Center along with The Henry County Office on Aging will be conducting a free Health Screening for Seniors and the Elderly in the Paris-Henry County Community.
Tests that will be conducted will be A1C, Blood Sugar, Total Lipid Panel, Blood Pressure and Osteoporosis Foot Screening.
The cost of tests Are FREE, FREE, FREE, FREE. Henry County Medical Center received a grant for these services to be conducted with the seniors.
The Time of testing will be from 8:30 AM-10 AM at the Central Community Building 55 Jones Bend Rd Ext. The testing will be done in the Cafeteria. The date will be Tuesday, July 31, 2018
Requirements: The staff of Henry County Medical Center is asking not to eat anything after midnight on the 30th of July. Our staff know that most of seniors that you got eat due to medical issues, so the key is get here early and get the test done. Once the testing is done, Our Staff will get you something to eat. We will have Peanut Butter and Crackers and Orange Juice.
Our Office will be given a prize if you take part in the testing. You must take in the testing to qualify. There will be a sign-up sheet to make sure that you take part in the testing.
