Murray, Ky.—A Murray State University police officer has been arrested by the Kentucky State Police and charged with first-degree sexual abuse.
According to the KSP, Mark A. Johnson, age 39, of Murray, was arrested without incident and lodged in the Calloway County Jail. Johnson has been placed on administrative leave by the Murray State University Police.
The KSP received a complaint on July 28 of an incident involving a 24-year-old female and began its investigation.
