Union City, Tenn.—An Obion County Mayoral Forum will be held at 6 p.m. Monday, July 9, at Discovery Park of America. The forum is sponsored by the Obion County Chamber of Commerce and the public is invited to attend, but questions will not be taken from the audience.
The three Mayoral Candidates have been invited: Incumbent Benny McGuire and his opponents John Glessner and Kevin Bowden.
Obion County Joint Economic Development Council CEO Lindsay Frilling said the questions were developed based on concerns the candidates said they are hearing most from their constituents. She said the candidates have been provided the questions ahead of time.
Facilitator for the forum will be Paul Tinkle.
