Paris, Ky.—A BOLO has been issued by the Paris, Kentucky, Police Department for Richard Carlton Burnett, who reportedly threatened to kill as many cops as he can during a transaction at a pawn shop.
The BOLO—Be On The Lookout—was sent to area police departments by Lt. Mark Blankenship of the Paris, Ky. Police Department. He especially noted that police in the Lexington, Kentucky, area should be on the lookout for Burnett.
According to the BOLO, Burnett sold a firearm at a Paris, Ky. Pawn shop and during the transaction, he said his girlfriend took a gun from him and refused to give it back.
He said, “I think I’ll just go to Lexington and create a scene and wait for a s…tload of cops to show up and kill as many as I can before they kill me.”
