Paris, Tenn.—The old advertising mural for the former Luckey’s Hardware Store is now totally visible on the side of the building at the corner of Wood and Market Streets in Paris. Master Mason Wolfgang Rackl and his assistant Luka Barlie on Wednesday removed the rest of the stucco that has been covering the side of the building for decades. The old mural shows the Luckey’s Hardware sign, along with the outline of the old Coca-Cola logo. Craig and Mark Brown of Brown’s Signs are confident that their late father, Frank Brown, painted the original mural. The building is being restored and will be home to a restaurant.
