Dresden, Tenn.—A Dresden couple was arrested on drug and weapons charges after a search warrant was executed at their residence Wednesday by Weakley Co. Sheriff’s deputies. Eleven grams of meth was recovered during the search, along with paraphernalia and a loaded gun.
Arrested were Clint Raymer, age 43, and Chasidy Leigh King, age 34, of 5577 Greenfield Hwy. 54, Lot 4. Both were charged with possession of meth with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm during a felony. Raymer also was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
According to Captain Randall McGowan, a 9mm semi-automatic pistol with a loaded magazine was recovered from a mattress on the bed where the couple were found.
Deputies were assisted by officers from the Dresden Police Department.
