Almo, Ky.—An Almo woman was injured when a tree fell on her vehicle during Tuesday night’s storms. According to Calloway Co. Sheriff Sam Steger, Diana Bess was southbound on KY 783, Airport Road, when a portion of the tree impaled her front windshield. Bess was transported to the Murray-Calloway Co. Hospital by the local EMS. Calloway County Fire and Rescue assisted at the scene and removed the tree from the roadway. The extent of Bess’ injuries was not available. (Calloway Co.
