Former Fulton Code Enforcement Officer Charged With Menacing

 
 
Fulton, Ky.—Former Fulton Code Enforcement officer Bobby Keith Curlin has been charged with tampering with a witness and menacing and is also a ‘person of interest’ in a suspicious fire that occurred Friday night.
 
According to a press release issued by Fulton Police Chief Terry Powell, Curlin, age 54, is a person of interest in the fire which occurred at 805 Walnut St. in Fulton.
 
Curlin was suspended from employment Thursday by the city of Fulton and is accused of contacting a witness. The witness said she felt threatened by Curlin.
