Union City, Tenn.—Union City Police are investigating vandalism to the Kwik Mart at 1005 N. Clover St. early Friday morning.
According to the report, officers were dispatched to Kwik Mart around 1:45 a.m. when the burglary alarm at the business went off.
The front glass door of the business was shattered and officers made entry and cleared the business without finding anyone inside. The glass had been shattered by a chunk of concrete which was laying on the floor in front of the counter.
Surveillance video shows an unknown person walk to the front door and throw concrete through the glass without gaining entry. The business owner said the value of the door is around $500.
