Paris, Tenn.—The public is invited to a ribbon-cutting at the new alley mural in downtown Paris at 4 p.m. Wednesday. The mural, which depicts the history of Paris through images, was painted by Paris Artist Dan Knowles. The mural is located in the west alley around the court square.
