Huntingdon, Tenn.—A Huntingdon man was indicted by the Carroll County Grand Jury on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor.
Justin Lee Adcox, age 30, of Pearidge Road, is charged with knowingly distributing or exchanging more than 25 individual images, materials, or combination of images that included a minor engaged in sexual activity or simulated sexual activity to generate the aggravated sexual exploitation charge. According to the indictment, the incidents occured between December 31, 2016, and July 19, 2017. On the second charge of sexual exploitation of a minor, Adcox is charged with knowingly possessing more than 100 individual images, materials, or combination of images and materials that included a minor engaged in sexual activity or simulated sexual activity.
