Dover, Tenn.—Speakers stand at attention as the Boy Scouts present the colors during Saturday’s opening ceremonies at Eagle Fest in Dover. Spectators were delighted as a Bald Eagle from nearby Fort Donelson spontaneously flew over the grounds as the National Anthem was played.
