6-7 Pounds Marijuana, 18 Gallons “Kool-Aid” and More Seized From Martin Home


 
Martin, Tenn.—Weakley County Sheriff’s investigators seized some 6-7 pounds of marijuana, 18 gallons of a substance labelled as ‘Kool-Aid’, but which is believed to have marijuana infused in it, and $15,686.54 in cash believed to be drug proceeds from a home in Martin on Thursday.
 
Investigators executed a search warrant at 116 McGill St. Also seized was a semi-automatic handgun with the serial number removed, digital scales and a Ford Fusion car.
 
Randy Tyrice Fitts, age 34, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to resale, possession of a firearm during a felony and possession of drug paraphernalia.
 
Captain Randall McGowan said all of the recovered illegal narcotics will be sent to either the T.B.I. crime lab or the D.E.A. crime lab for analysis.
